Drawing and Creative Expression

Monday, 6:30 to 9:30pm (10 wks)

This course is designed to give students a basic foundation in the theory, practice and techniques of drawing.


Painting with Acrylics

Wednesday, 6:30 to 9:30pm (10 wks)

This hands-on course focuses on contemporary and historical modes of artistic production. In particular, students will learn the use of colour, grounds, glazes, stains, washes and impasto techniques, colour harmonies and relationships.


Drawing with Colour

Thursday, 6:30 to 9:30pm (5 wks)

Discover the dynamics of drawing with colour while learning about colour harmonies and contrasts. Students will learn different techniques to blend and layer colours. A variety of media will be used throughout the class and still life and nature subjects will be featured.
